Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

How to Enter
During the entry period, participants may enter by completing the official entry form at:https://www.ruralmedevac.com/donor.
Limit one (1) entry per person. Duplicate entries may be disqualified. Participation is not conditioned on registering as an organ donor and has no impact on medical care, eligibility for services, or treatment.

Entry Period
The sweepstakes begins on April 1, 2026, and ends on April 30, 2026 at 11:59 PM (PT).

Prize
One (1) grand prize winner will receive a $1,000 gift card. Approximate retail value (ARV): $1,000. Limit one (1) prize per person. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if necessary. The prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash except where required by law.

Winner Selection & Odds
Two (2) winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible, non-duplicate entries received. The drawing will occur on or about May 5, 2026.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Winner Notification
Each winner will be notified using the contact information provided at the time of entry and must respond within three (3) business days. If a selected winner cannot be contacted or fails to respond, the Sponsor may select an alternate winner.

Taxes
Each winner is solely responsible for any and all federal, state, and local taxes associated with their prize.

Release & Publicity
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its affiliates from any liability arising from participation in the sweepstakes or acceptance/use of a prize.
Except where prohibited by law, each winner agrees to allow Sponsor to use their name, likeness, and city/state for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the promotion. Sponsor may disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or violating these Terms.
Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding in all matters related to this sweepstakes.
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries due to technical or human error.

Dispute Resolution
This sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Any disputes shall be resolved individually, without class action, exclusively in the appropriate courts located in Nevada.

Winner List
To request the names of the winners, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to the Sponsor’s address within 60 days of the drawing date.

Privacy Notice
Sponsor does not have access to or store organ donor registration information. All donor registrations are securely managed through the national registry.
