    Clinical Careers

Our clinical crew includes a Flight Nurse and Flight Paramedic, overseen by a Medical Director. Each team member works a 96-hour shift followed by 12 days off to ensure peak readiness and recovery. We deliver advanced, evidence-based care from first contact through transport. It's also common for our Flight Physicians, PAs, and NPs to cover shifts, providing an additional layer of clinical expertise.

    Pilot Careers

Our pilots play a vital role in the success of each mission, serving as both the leaders of the flight crew and guardians of operational safety. They are in command of the aircraft and responsible for making critical decisions in dynamic environments. Pilots typically work a two-weeks-on, two-weeks-off rotation, with 12-hour shifts during their on-duty periods. This schedule supports operational readiness, mission consistency, and crew well-being.

    Mechanic Careers

Our Aviation Maintenance Technicians play a vital role in supporting air medical operations, helping to ensure aircraft are mission-ready at all times. Aviation Maintenance Technicians are typically stationed at the aircraft’s base location and follow a two-weeks-on, two-weeks-off schedule, allowing for extended time off while maintaining consistent operational coverage.
