Effective May 16, 2025, all permanent residents of Lyon and Mineral Counties are automatically enrolled in the Rural Medevac Alliance (RMA) membership through our new partnership with SB Energy—no sign-up required.

This means that any medically necessary air transport you or your family may need is fully covered, with zero out-of-pocket costs, through May 2029.

In the unfortunate event that you or a loved one requires transport, our billing department will verify your membership using the address and ZIP code listed on your driver’s license. If you happen to receive a bill in error, simply contact us through the form on our website, and we will promptly look into resolving the issue.
